U.S President Joe Biden got a COVID booster and flu shot. White House urges other Americans to do the same

In late summer, there was a rise in COVID-19 cases, people going to the hospital, and even some deaths. This worried schools, hospitals, and businesses because they didn't want more people to get sick.

President Joe Biden got a booster shot for COVID-19, and he thinks other Americans should do the same. He also got a flu shot and another shot to protect against something called respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). This was confirmed by his doctor, Kevin C. O'Connor.

Now that it's getting colder and flu season is coming, President Biden wants everyone to do what he did. He wants you to talk to your doctor or pharmacist to make sure you're fully vaccinated.

Some people are not sure about getting more shots, especially the COVID booster. They are worried about safety and if it really works. This concern is supported by Robert Kennedy Jr., who ran against President Biden, and Ron DeSantis, who wanted to be President. In Florida, health officials even disagreed with the CDC about getting the COVID booster.
